Returns: 
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your merchandise (according to the tracking number). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original hang tag attachment. It should also be in the original packaging (inner poly bag & outer postal bag) to prevent any damage during the return process.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@ifscarlet.com with your order number, the original purchaser’s full name, reason for return, and the item(s) you wish to return. Failure to contact us before shipping the items may result in a denial of the return. Please note that customers who send back merchandise without prior notice or beyond the 14-day return period are required to cover the shipping cost associated with returning the merchandise

Refunds & Return Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process to take place. This processing time applies whether you are receiving a refund (excluding shipping charges) or store credit. If the merchandise meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or issue store credit. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, while store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a promo code.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ifscarlet.com.

Sale items:
Sale items, whether marked down or purchased using a promo code, are eligible for store credit upon return. However, please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' or items in the 'Daily Deal' section are not eligible for return or store credit. 

Store Credit:
Store credit may be issued in the case of promotions or returns on eligible sale items. Please note that store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. The store credit does not include any taxes previously paid, if applicable. However, your next order using this credit code will be tax-free up to this amount. Items purchased using store credit issued for a return are not eligible for another return. Store credit cannot be combined with any other promotions including free shipping.

Exchanges:
In the unlikely event that defective or damaged goods have been sent, please contact us so we can assist you. If you need to exchange the item for the same one, please email us at support@ifscarlet.com for further instructions.

Non-Damages:
Please note that the following conditions do not constitute damages: 1) Color shade difference resulting from variations in monitor resolution. 2) Wrinkling of the product caused during transit. 3) Residual loose threads, which can be shaken off or washed away.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping:
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in the return authorization email. While you'll need to cover the shipping costs for returning the item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service of your choice for all returns. For items valued over $100, we also suggest considering purchasing shipping insurance for added peace of mind. 

Excessive Returns Policy:
We value our customers and aim to provide flexibility with our return policy. However, to ensure a fair shopping experience for all, we monitor return patterns. While customers are encouraged to return items in line with our store policies, continuous returns can signal potential misuse. Should a customer make three consecutive returns, we may, at our discretion, pause further order processing for that customer. In such cases, a refund will be provided, minus a 5% credit card transaction fee, and the order may be automatically canceled. Additionally, consistent excessive returns in one's order history could result in future orders being auto-canceled in a similar manner. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a balanced and fair shopping environment for all our patrons.
